I did a few different things that I started trying all at once and it helped a lot. I let the plates sit and solidify after I pour them. Once they've cooled, I take a paper towel and wipe off the condensation inside the rim. Then I put them in the pc and run it using only two quarts of water. Lastly, I take them out as soon as it hits zero and give them a little swirl to mix the agar after cooking. I still get condensation, but I'm not transferring into a lake anymore.
