So I got my agar and whipped up a batch, green for St. Patrick's day. Went to PC it and my weight never got to jingling. It shot steam for awhile, but the weight just sat there. Eventually the steam started to diminish, which I think meant that it was starting to dry boil. I shut it off, but I'm kinda confused about wtf is going on here. I put enough water to come up just below the lil spacer plate on the bottom. Do I need more water? I don't think the water level should come up to the PP5 minirounds. I had it on a medium heat for awhile, then put it on high so the pressure didn't build too fast. Is it possible that in doing so I used up the water before it reached pressure? This is what I got, Mirro 22qt
