Obama's talk about not prosecuting, yet also not changing the law is just pandering to both pro legalization groups and anti. He's not going to enforece is so he's cool with the progressives, and he's going to keep the law to not piss off the conservatives. yet it changes nothing, not until the law is changed. Luckily if marijuana becomes legal in Cali, they are going to include a clause that forbids cops from enforcing federal law. So that's one way around it. We need to get involved in our local politics and change this shit. In Florida there are 120 representatives. that's just local enough to make changes at the state level. We just need to get political and become a big enough group that we become a substantial demographic.
