If you want to buy it right now, head to home depot or target, they've almost always got pedros. Various entheogen vendors sell cuttings, check www.bouncingb.com (though they're kinda slow in sending stuff sometimes)
can't think of any others right now. All the mescaline trips I have came from home depot pedro, it works just fine.

another question i hope people see it here anyone have a link for the acid base extraction of mescaline from san pedro cause from what i have heard drinking the tea tastes horrible but i will try if i must.

I tried lookin at the cacti at Home Depot but didnt know which one to get how can u tell?

They're almost always labeled; San Pedro is called Trichocereus Pachanoi.
Here's a pic. 
notice the clusters of small spines, the pudgy appearance, the thick rounded ribs.
Here's a couple more

Just get used to looking at them, and you'll recognize pedros in the store.

anyone know where one can obtain dried peruvian or san pedro i want to extract the mescaline and this seems easiest

there are vendors in toronto (prolly even some that are "shroomery sponsors")
