How exactly do you guys cut chunks off of this shit. I usually just soak however much i want to use in the water then try to rip it off after it gets a little wet. There has to be a better way. Lemme know how you guys do it.

You're going to cut your hand off one of these days trying to saw a chunk off. Just soak it until it all crumbles apart. Do not use tap water. Squeeze excess water out using rubber gloves and budda bing. We sterilize for an hour in qt jars but I've heard this is not neccessary. You will definitely hurt yourself going after it with a knife. You are basically doing it the best way already.

What is the coco fiber used for? Is it a substitute for vermiculite or rice flour or something?
