Spore to Agar - next step ?

Sup Shroomery,
I've recently used a spore print I made to make it germinate on agar. It took around 3 weeks to see signs of activity but here I am with some results, looking okay to me (pics for reference, first and second plate).

Excuse the quality, I know it may be hard to clearly see what's going on if mold could have potentially snuck in there.
But now that I've got germination from all the swipes I've made, what's the best thing to do next : can I just cut some pieces of the most thick parts and start inoculating grain jars ? Or should I do some transfers prior to that for extra safety ?
Cheers!

Youβre at least one but likely two transfers away from grain IMO.

Camera is focusing on the lid, not the myc. Common problem. Set focus lock (or get a camera app that lets you), tap to focus, and adjust the distance of the camera until the myc is in focus. Zoom in while doing this to make sure it is.
You can also tap the plate upside down to pool condensation to one side, helps a little sometimes and shouldn't hurt anything.
How old was the print? 3 weeks is a bit long, but a good sign regarding contaminants, they probably would've shown a lot earlier.
But we can't make a call regarding mold with those pics - I'd say it looks decent so far but that's just a guess.

Thanks for the camera tips, I'll try it next time. The print was around 3 months old, everything started to germinate roughly at the same time.

With better pics we could maybe highlight some areas as candidates for transfers.
I'll link this, it was helpful for me: D3's Perfect transfers and agar TEK.
