Bad Syringe?

Hey fellas
I ordered a z strain syringe and a cyan print from a shroomery sponsor. The print has germinated rigorously, but no matter what I do I cannot get the z to start.
I've done the center drop method on 3 different plates, noob needled it through SHIPs into LC, PF, and grain, even dropped like 2ml onto a 35mm plate and streaked from that onto 2 other 100mm plates using a loop according to the streak GIF c12 always posts. Ive tried multiple agar recipes. I'm pretty new to cult but I don't think I couldve had such a flaw in my technique among all those methods to prevent germination, I have other strains going strong using more primitive germ methods from when I first started. There's dark particulate in the needle I assumed were spores and I even ensured I got some of that particulate onto sterile agar but still nothing. The 35mm plate I drowned with solution is speckled with dark stuff but nothings happened.
How do I approach getting a new syringe or a refund? Is there some surefire germ method that I can do as a Hail Mary?
Also I'm not sure what the etiquette is on saying which specific vendor may have given me bad merch. To their credit, nothing I've put the solution to has contammed either.

I have one question. Did you shake the syringe first?
It's pretty hot weather out. Atleast around these parts. Bad time of the year to order syringes. Maybe it just got too hot and did the spores in.
I'd just contact the vendor and tell them that you had problems with the syringe and would like to try to get a replacement. If they ask you what kind of problems tell them it came damaged. Heat damaged. Something along those lines. Either that or just tell them it was contaminated when viewed under the scope.

Yeah i shook it like a baby that wont shut the fuck up.
I also ordered this like 6 weeks ago, not saying it couldn't have been heat damaged but it wasn't as hot as it was now. Still you're right it could've been sitting somewhere too warm, seems strange the print has been so rigorous then if that was the case.

Maybe due to the fact it was in water. Also they are different species maybe one is more heat tolerant. Im not sure just throwing out guesses. The vendor may not want to replace it if its been 6 weeks. Im not sure I only had a problem with that once and it wasnt a sponsor it was spores101 and they dont have the best track record with customer service. They said spores dont last that long(like I hadn't been trying since I got the damn things) but that they would throw me a freebie in my next order. Lmao spores dont last 6 weeks. Long story short I told them to shove their spores up their asses and that I wasnt ordering from them ever again. Now I only support sponsors.

Yeah I mean I only took this long because I'm assuming a sponsor is gonna send me good product and put the onus on myself to make sure i'm not messing up but I really think I gave it a good try here.
Water in the syringe conducting heat may be why it failed, that kinda makes sense.
Perusing the sponsor's FAQ for refund/replacement policy reveals A LOT of language indicating they expect people to use their products for illegal purposes. Directly from their website:

We want to the know the batch # on the spore syringe label. If you donβt have this we will not consider replacing it. What kind or color of contamination are you seeing? Are you using agar or grain? Provide pictures of the contamination
I am super uncomfortable with emailing all of that, seems pretty unprofessional that they would even publish it esp as a forum sponsor.
