I got 17 jars of Colombian Rust Spore and 2 jars of Pf Classic. They were made off of G2G transfers from Spore 2 Grain innoc. I believe I over cooked some of these oats and is causing the difference in myc. Now a majority of these I stalled once colonized n healthy. Opinions on if i should mix the stuff i think i over cooked. If it looks bacterial etc. Thankss

I'm not sure overcooked, as they would there would be burst grains everywhere..more likely they were too wet when you loaded them..They should be dry to the touch before they go into the jars..
There's def bacteria in there I'd suggest, potentially maybe even some mold in some..I wouldn't use them for G2G..Try spawning them individually to shoeboxes and see if you have any luck, but I wouldn't hold your breath unfortunately.
Shooting spores directly into grains is a gateway to contams, you should be looking at agar, and given you're running grains and have a PC there is no real excuse..you'll just end up wasting time and materials otherwise

I have had intentions of switching to agar. There is/was no clumping without the use of gypsum. I waited longer than the tek said because it said youd rather be too dry then wet. You could still be right. My place is humid so dry times take longer. As far as my healthy jars go? I got some 64 q tubs ready to be monos?? I wanna buy some materials for agar tek while this cultivation run happens.

I wouln't worry too much about what times are in the tek, you have to use your own eyes and pick some grains up and feel them..I spread mine on a towel and mix them around over a couple of hours..then use a hair dryer if they need a bit of extra help..if they feel damp them they are too wet basically..you can use the tissue test also, leave a grain on it for a minute and it should remain dry

If you've got nice white jars unlike the pictures, then 64qt tubs are fine, you want a 1:2 ratio of spawn to coir..so probably 5-6 jars per tub
