I stay in Virginia. I just found this on Ebay.
1) is this legal for me to order? 2) Does it contain Mescaline?

1) for the most part, yes. Check VA laws to make sure the state doesn't have any regulations on it
2) yes

"It depends on whether the powder is made from just the dark green flesh or whole cactus or what. Typical yield from whole cactus to dried powder is 4 lbs equals 100 grams. That's with the whole cactus, core and all. I can't say for certain how much the total weight consists of just the dark green flesh but even if it's 25% of total cactus weight, then you figure that 16 lbs fresh = 100 grams dried dark green flesh, times that by 480 grams (let's call it 500 for easier math) you get 80 lbs fresh pachanoi. Nevermind all of the work slicing, de-skinning, drying, and powdering it all. Still, Pedro is so variable that it's hard to tell if it's worth it to order that powder. I can say that I'm close to ordering it just to try but I'm scared about the legality since it's a prepared product versus a live cutting. But, in my case, $20 of San Pedro fresh and wet has yielded about 100 grams dried powder. One time it didn't work that great, the other time was amazing (different vendors) so take it to heart when people say that San Pedro varies tremendously. If I knew for sure that this powder was potent then I'd say it's definitely worth it, depending on how much you value your time. It takes me about 2 hours of slicing and dicing up the fresh cactus into small enough pieces for the dehydrator, then another 20 minutes laying them all out, then dehydrate for at least a full day, then the time to take all the pieces out and grind them down (hour or so). If I was to calculate the time I spend preparing cacti at the hourly rate I earn at work, my labor costs would outspend the fresh cacti costs considerably. Once again, the main thing keeping me from ordering the powdered cacti is the legality factor and the potency question."
Everything above is a bunch of fiction from an unreleased novel, complete fabrication.
