I am using the bags from mycogrow.com right now...I am wanting to get all the stuff to do this on a pretty good scale.

hahahahah the keeper is a living joke around these parts. kits are a waste of money anyway, do the pf tek, its easy/cheap and almoost guaranteed success.

Do it from scratch you will learn alot more. For $600 you could get a nice basic lab

I have just started the bags....they said average is 1oz dry per bag when completely finished.

1oz. dry??? That seems pretty good... the bags look too small to handle that. Are you gonna keep them inside the bag the whole time? I was planning on casing the cakes after the mycelium got decently colonized.

I agree....PF tek is best. Case your jars...or just use the cakes. Why buy a bag?.....waste of money...

Yup! Kinda like saying "apples don't grow on trees".
