Contamination pf cakes

Hey guys I'm new to shroomery!
So I inoculated 10 cakes exactly a week ago, most of them have some signs of growth but two of them seem to have some kind of bacteria growing, in one there's some mycellium near the top but there's a black spot on the other one there's a smaller amount of mycellium but some of the spots have a light blue growth on them. My question is in the contaminated cakes is it possible that the mycellium will be able to dominate the other growths and still fully colonize without risk of cross contamination in the fruiting chamber?
Thanks a lot!

at such an early stage its more likely that the contamination will grow faster than mushroom myc, at best it will colinise around it and as far as it can before not movinh any further.
The problem though with mold, is that its mycelium is also white, it sporolates which is the colour you see (blue, green, purple, black etc) . Then it disapears, people jump to the conclusion that there mushroom myc "won".
But what probably happened was the mold spores germinated and grow over the spores.
Or again at best mushroom myc grew over the top of it and the contamination is still there.
Fully colinised (non contaminated) substrates are somewhat resistant to getting contaminated in fruiting, but thats not to say it wont get contaminated if something in there is spewing out millions of contaminant spores.
, just saw your pictures, theres no chance of saving them as its more likely that theres not any mushroom myc there.
either the dry verm layer has gotten wet and contams grew through it
or your syringe was contaminated
or you introduced contams during inoculation.
Proper sterile procedures use a SAB

The Jar with the black mould does have quite a bit of mycellium on the top its just not visible in the picture, saying that do you think that one could be saved? I know the pf tek pretty well but I forgot to but a dry verm layer on top of all the cakes which is a pretty bad fuck up, will this have any impact on the birthing of the cakes?

Ditch those cakes, bro. They're no good. Re-sterilize them for 60 minutes, then toss in the garden. Start over & make sure to put a dry layer of verm in those bad boys. That's your Filter!

What's the point of re sterilizing them if I'm just gonna throw them out?

So you don't release a ton of mold spores all over you and your clothing when you dump them.
