Hungrygoldfish Winter 2013
    #17586460 - 01/21/13 05:49 PM (11 years, 8 days ago)

It's been ages since I made a thread, I think that this one will be just for my Winter finds (Though I've found many already this winter and not photographed- I think that my computer monitor also needs calibrating)...

For now just settle for Flammulina velutipes and some snow pictures:

Other Winter Pictures (also why does everyone else on here seem to have sunshine apart from me!!!):

Ah, friggin' beautiful. :awepreciation: I especially like the chickadee and some of those water shots. The up-close long exposures of the water are eerily beautiful.

Some recent finds...For some reason I didn't use a tripod to take the first picture:

Tried to see what I could find under the scope:

Some other snow pictures (taken without tripod for some reason):

From today (I'm calling the first one Flammulina elastica for now):

This one was found growing under a hedge on a roadside:

And some bugs found when I was digging on my allotment:

Not many mushrooms about at the moment but those centipedes were all over the mycelium on my woodchip where I'm trying to spread Oyster mycelium.
