Hi, I want to share with u guys a small event we had here, this was in the local market, it was made from 2 investigators from the faculty, I assume the names are correct.
A litle info, we have here about 400 diferent species of mushrooms between edible, non edible and toxic.
In this event there was more or less 100 species, sorry about some pictures maybe are repeated and not so good but was a bit difficult to identify every name and the light was few.
Now the part i need help, I want to ask from this mushrooms if someone can help me to identify an edible mushroom which can be cultivated indoor (greenhouse/farm/substract etc) this ones were hunted in the nature for this propose, but i want to find one from the good ones to cultivate (cooking or medicinal)
It can have comercial propose for cooking or medicinal or both properties, there was a guy speaking about the Boletus Badius but as far I could discover this boletus is very good tasty etc but is not possible to cultivate
The mushroom I am searching for cultivating needs to exist here in the nature for comercial propose... but needs to be cultivated indoor since I cant catch it them in the nature, can someone help to identify something in this pictures? if there is a good mushroom to cultivate that it worths? maybe doesnt even exist and I am searching the saint graal
here is the pictures.

Looks like a nice event
So to be clear you want to cultivate some species of mushroom which grow wild locally. Am I right in thinking that you are in Portugal? I'm not a cultivator, but looking through your pictures I notice Flammulina velutipes which is frequently cultivated and eaten as 'Enoki'. However when cultivated they are usually grown in the dark resulting in a very different looking mushroom. I don't know if you could grow them in more nature-like conditions and produce a more natural looking mushroom or not. I find them bland but they are said to have many health benefits.
I believe that Clitocybe nebularis is also popular for cultivation in some parts of France & Italy, however recently there have been concerns about it's health effects. I ate some and found them tasty, suffering no ill effects.
Other than that, I've read about people successfully cultivating Agaricus augustus. You could probably get some of the other Agaricus species pictured fruiting too if you are willing to play around at it for a while. There will be tons of information online about cultivating their close relative Agaricus bisporus - the standard shop-bought button mushroom. Start with that and go from theree.
Good luck

I imagine Oysters (Pleurotus ostreatus) and Lions Mane (Hericium erinaceus) probably grow in your area, both are good for cultivation.

So far the best answer many many thanks
You gave me some tips I appreciate it, it was already a very good and nice help
I search in this Mushrooms pictures one which can be cultivate and which can have health benefits, in fact a mushroom which is maybe possible to extract benefits to health care / medicinal properties, to have both qualities eat and medicinal would be great, but if this would not be possible then would go with the medicinal as first priority.
Regards and thanks again in advance F.

Why just from those pictures?
For medicinal properties look into Ganoderma species and Trametes versicolor, you probably have both of those in your area as well.
Edit:The picture directly above the Stropharia aeruginosa looks like it could be Trametes versicolor.

Because this ones grows wild on Laurel forest (type of subtropical or mild temperate forest) were I live, the meaning is for comercial proposes investigation and lab development.
So the main ideal is to find a mushrooms which can be extract from it health/medical propertys but this need to be edible cultivated otherwise is very hard to get them in big quantities.

Eh don't mind me I was being a grouch kinda, sorry.
As far as the Turkey Tail goes, I'm not much of an expert that ones just pretty common and easy to recognize for me. And as far as I know it is a species that is commonly cultivated. The mushrooms that tend to be easiest to grow are the "woodlovers".

I think an easier way to go about it would be to take a look at what mushrooms are commonly cultivated and sold. Then try to find a good fit out of that small group that will fit for your area. Rather than going through all mushrooms, (large group) and trying to find an edible thats easily cultivated. Good luck!

Well the main Idea is to grow a mushroom which grows here in our Laurel Forest the process must guarantee an amounth of kg per month for a big project involved on investigation for extraction to medical and health proposals. Only a mushroom which can grow on Laurel Forest can guarantee a contract deal, the number for this project is so big that involves something like 1.5 millions of euros.
Is why i am in seek of mushroom which can assure me to provide a production on medical/health proposes on safe quantities must be something possible to cultivate all the year.
This one is great but I don't know if have this medical properties and if is possible to cultivate. Laurobasidium lauri maybe not ok to cultivate and the properties are not so good.

As far as edibles, any of the Agaricus species you have there should be cultivatable, and the ones you have photos of here are generally considered good edibles. You should judge for yourself how good any of them are to eat, as opinions vary considerably.
Looks like a really great mushroom fair! Great photos, too.
-------------------- Happy mushrooming!
