Does it say the maximum temperature?
Almost any silicone will work. You just need to make sure it can stand heat over 250 F.

Yup. Rtv silicone is designed to withstand higher temperature applications than regular silicone. I'v read and heard reports of folks winning using regular silicone. I've never done it and just prefer to use the rtv though.

Yeah, but like I said, almost any silicone will work. I use RTV also, but you can buy a lot cheaper silicone, that can withstand high temperature's for what we're using it for.
EDIT - Just make sure it can withstand at least 250 F. It should say on the tube.

Indeed, but it isn't just the temperature that is has to withstand, doesn't the 15 PSI become a factor too?

Pressure is temperature. 15psi=250F.
