Tripping on a concert - need input

So, believe it or not, even though I've tripped like 20 times, I've never done it outside my place or one of my friends'. There's a local concert coming up this saturday and I'm considering taking Lucy out on a date ...
I trip for spiritual growth, but thought this might be fun. 3 hits is a HIGH dose for me. 1 hit is normal. Should I go with what I consider normal, or lower than that? (no way I'm doing high, gotta be able to talk to strangers)
Also do you guys have any other general tips?
Thanks!

couldnt give you much advice other than wear a hood and sunglasses haha it helps me when im out in public even if you look stupid if i dont wear em i think everyones looking at my eyes and knows im trippin. plus dont look like a pedo bear sketchball doin it, smile and have fun dont have a scared look on your face or else youll look like your gna bomb the place. you said your goin on a date though so that could be problematic, your call. id drop two cause you could allways drop the third later. i know some people say if you dont drop em all at once you dont really feel the others you drop after that but i allways can tell a difference. smoke some nugs, have fun and good luck man. what kinda concert btw?

lol, I said I'm taking Lucy (LSD) out on a date. As in, tripping in a public place. Not actually dating someone. Sorry for the weird wording.

OOOOO haha i gotchu now. well then if you have some chill glasses or even just a hood depending on the weather and time i find that it helps me become less self conscience about what i look like and can focus more on the surroundings and important shit. could just be me though. stay hydrated, wear comfortable clothes, dont lose shit like ipod/phone, and just have fun which im sure wont be hard.

Here are a few hints you may or may not find useful;
1. Don't dose and drive - Wait until you get to the venue before taking anything, stuff happens, and I always like to be sure I am in a safe place, do not need to drive (this includes after the show if you are still tripping - have an Exit Strategy!), even if you have to get to the venue early to eat the doses and give them time to hit you before you go in, that's better than taking the doses at home and driving out to the show, especially if you do not have tickets yet and the show may sell out.
2. Tripping at concerts can be very fun, lots of other people will be probably doing the same thing. Remember, sometimes going out in public, people do feel like "others are watching me" or "They KNOW I'm tripping!!" but word to the wise - The do not know! Just be chill, watch too much eye contact, but I actually like to look at people's eyes when I'm tripping, windows to the soul...depends on your personality, you may meet some cool folks...
3. Put your valuables in a safe place that you can access later, keys, phone, wallet, etc. if you don't think you'll need them, just leave it somewhere, but don't have them on your person (and a phone is always a bad idea tripping )
4. Don't have drugs in your pockets - or just bring what you plan to use.
5. Make sure to have a few dollars, your ID and your tickets to the show with you
7. Feel the vibe of the crowd when you get there, and while dosage advice is frowned upon here, do not overdo it at first, just take enough to get you into a nice headspace, and then have a booster dose ready and available for later.
8. Bring some for friends if you can/ and if they'll enjoy it.
9. Don't take your booster dose too late, i.e. the venue closes at 2AM and at 12:30, you're eating more doses (it takes a half hour to hit you and then and hour of tripping in the show, but you end up peaking outside in the parking lot LOL )
10. Have fun
11. Don't drive home, use your exit strategy, taxi, public transport (that can be fun ), or sober friend (not a friend who THINKS s/he is sober)

Solid MFN advice!!!! Ive done the tripping at concerts before, and the first time was a disaster, the second time was great.
And not to naysay, but do most folks feel LSD is too long of duration for say, a 3 hr concert? I would go an hour or two early, eat em then, make sure you can fully enjoy it.
Mushrooms are a good length, but confusing in public. Dare i venture to say 4-aco-DMT could be a GREAT concert drug? great length, no confusion...
HAVE FUN OP, i'd follow dw's advice to a T!!!!

take a tab before you head out, get a ride, and enjoy the show. maybe you could sneak a joint or something in the show. I usually put it in my sock. Thats up to you if you want to risk that. Most shows I go to are in Massachusetts so the most I would get is a $100 dollar fine and kicked out of the venue.
