Had my first float/isolation tank experience today.

Was in there for an hour and a half; flew by pretty quick actually. Had some sober OEV/CEV, just amorphous blobs and flashes. After my mind settled down (15-30 min) I went into somewhat of a trance state, very interesting.
I highly recommend it, unless you have ADD or claustrophobia.
Also, next time taking maybe a gram of shrooms would yield interesting results.

That sounds like something I would love to try. Talk about the perfect meditation chamber. With mushrooms. That would blow my mind.

It has failed to stop drug overdoses. It has failed to keep drugs away from teenagers. It has failed to stop the violence associated with drug trafficking. It has failed to help drug addicts get treatment. It has failed to prevent the cultivation of marijuana and the making of illicit drugs. It has failed to halt the flow of illegal drugs into the United States.

Awesome man. Where do you live? I read that the more time you spend in the tank, the more comfortable you become, and the 'better' you get at it. I imagine those amorphous blobs and flashes turn into something better.

A certain awesome liberal city in the heart of Texas.
I could see how it would take practice, it took longer than I liked to turn my mind off.

The one in the vid a few posts up looks home made... Couldn't be hard to make one. I thank I could make a really nice one for around 3-400 bucks.
