Time Frame for Ideal Pinning Scenario

If a BRF cake is birthed 1 week after full colonization, dunked and rolled, and kept at 72 degrees and 95% RH, how long before pinning occurs?
I looked around and couldn't find this ideal scenario. No I am not impatient, dammit.

Hey man....
You have 32 post- don't lecture me.
My question is legitimate since I can't seem to find the above scenario in any tek, and the way I have it going is in fact ideal.
Futhermore, I am not impatient. It was a joke. If I have 8 jar still in my incubation chamber after a week of full colonization, how am I so impatient?
Going around and being a smart ass is a good way to get yourself ignored, sir.

c'mon guys cant we all just get a long...
lol anyways...
i cant answer this question from experience, but from what i have read and keep seeing is you should see pins in about 1 week give or take..
but answering you question with perfection would be like guessing if a baby's going to have a widows peak or a straight hairline

I agree.

Time to pin is strain dependent. However, cakes should be kept at 99%, not 95%. My isolated strains pin within 48 hours of the dunk and roll. Growing from multispore inoculation, it's always a crap shoot. You don't ever know until it does its thing. RR
