triple helix is back up at www.triplehelixspores.com ... if you go to druggle.com it lists triple helix as "ralphsters triple healix"... what up ralph? did you give these guys permission to use your name?

I've never done any business with triplexhelix (www.triplehelixspores.com) before, but a couple weeks ago my friend ordered substrate jars from them even though I had told him to do some research first. Shortly after placing the order he got a call from the 'Fraud Prevention Center' associated with his credit card. Apparently they had caught and denied a whole bunch of charge attempts made after the initial (and successful) charge to his account by triplehelix. They told him that he could take legal action if necessary if he does not receive his product. He emailed triplehelix about it (I'm not quite sure what he said) and received his jars within a week. He said the jars look perfectly legitimate, but I haven't heard anything yet about how things are going. The entire incident could be a mistake, but it seems a bit sketchy to me...just thought I'd let everyone know about it.

So what is the deal? does that mean that after he gave out his card number to triplehelix, someone started putting unauthorized charges on his card? Hmmm...I'm open to giving people the benefit of a doubt but that is MEGA-SHADY...

do you have any proof of your statement ? triple helix has been a sponsor at mycotopia since late last year and we have not heard ANY complaints, just good reports from happy customers.

That takes alot for me to say that...
i trust ralph, and ralph trusts him. tyler has proved himself over at 'topia to be helpful and generous as well as reliable. i'd like more info on this alleged credit card incident, seems quite plausible there's more than meets the eye here.

Hi Dustz, Maybe I can help explain....
Say you order $100 worth of items....
The folks at triplehelix process your order but mistype your zip code. The order will technically be "processed" since the card number had to be verified but the charge would not have "settled"
Usually once a day, credit card processors settle their daily batch. Meaning, all day long a vendor gets order, those orders are called a batch. At the end of the day the CC processor gets that group of orders - the batch and settles them - settle meaning truly verifies the billing info.
When an order is placed, say 3-4 times but there's something wrong, like a typo or some incorrection, a red flag will pops up on the CC processors view. When thats seen, you get the call from the fraud center.
Not uncommon. But they don't explain it fully at the fraud center.
I'd like to see more proof that this incident happened.
Did you check your CC statement? Did all the amounts charged by triplehelix come out to total your order?
Credit card processing a is weird thing. Just be sure you fully understand it before accusing a vendor of fraud. And with only having 4 posts here.. it may tell some that you're a puppet.

i spoke with tyler via email on this subject today and while he can't be certain as there is not enough information given here, his explanation of the likely cause matches Lana's, an error followed by manual entry. on one out of every 30 or so purchases online, the server will glitch and the purchase has to be manually charged to get the money for the order that the customer made. Some credit card companies flag these types of manual charges to protect their customer against fraud, theft, etc...

I'm sorry if I should not have made that post without any conclusive evidence. This didn't happen to me personally, like I said, so I wasn't the one who spoke to this fraud prevention center. I'll check with my friend to see if he has a statement yet. Thanks for clearing things up a bit. -dust

Uncle Mike is apparently upset about his denial for sponsorship over at Mycotopia so he is bumping this thread despite Triple Helix. Keep stirring the shit Eric......It wont make your business any less crappy...

Ya i agree thats some really bogus crap.Uncle mike all the sudden appears again, tries to become a sponsor at Mycotopia under a new website name(BUZZMAGIC)and then when he is denied tries to start trouble.Well Your the rip off site Uncle Mike.I cant believe 3D would make you a sponsor at sacred shrooms.Thats BS,he is giving YOU the oppertunity to rob people.Your the one that keeps customer lists and sells contaminated syringes from what ive heard. And I dont trust someone who just got out of rehab for coke addiction. Not someone i wanna send my address to.Stay away from BUZZMAGIC.COM/SPOREMAGIC.COM people. For all we know getting addresses/going to rehab could be part of a deal he made with the DA. I have ordered from Tyler several times and never had a problem, even got a few freebies from him after the MMMM BS went down.So just remember Uncle Mike people in glass houses shouldnt throw stones.

we declined uncle mike's ad for a variety of reasons, notably not being forthright about his true identity [now we know why too] and not providing any references. [again, we know why.] we're pretty picky that way. and yeah, he has been caught talking shit about us now, which i guess is to be expected. but for the record, tyler is still a sponsor in good standing at 'topia, nary a valid complaint, lots of happy customers posting their satisfaction with his triplehelix products and service.
