These pictures show isolates made from the same multispore germination of Psilocybe tampanensis. The left type is fluffy and arial the right one is depressed slightly rhizomorphic and produced a nice sclerotium in the dish (MEA)
This right isolate is the one that also produced some nice looking fruitbodies on cased grass seed.
It seems to me that multispore germinations of mexicana and tampanensis result in substrains that are much more diverse than those of cubensis. This makes these species very interesting to work with :smile:
