Grape Nuts Tek

What do ya'll think?

1/4 cup water
2/3 cup verm
1/4 cup Grape Nuts cereal
a smidge of honey (because I like honey in my Grape Nuts)

for 1/2 pint jars.

I'd put the grape nuts in the blender and use it like rye flour. It's grain based so there's a good chance it'll work. Might as well try some granola. Also, be on the lookout for preservatives.

Many cereals contain too many preservatives to work very well. I'm not positive about grapenuts specifically though.
