interesting. made some good points. How we perceive the world and what we do with this view is the most important factor to the outcome of our society. It is what makes and breaks economies and the people within. It is difficult to put in perspective how much one person can do for the world and this is what is stopping people from going that extra mile to make the difference. The biggest obstacle for a new way of life is that EVERYONE needs to not only think, but act this new way. The reason it is not working now is because most of the people who want to make a difference have no faith in their own ability to do so. So like he said, it is only the individual that can make the difference.
When I think about it, because of the vast amount of people on this earth, it would be extremely difficult to get the world and its people to adapt to a new world view. But doing nothing about it is only making the matters worse.
Unfortunately, The only way I think the people of this world will change is if there is some catastrophic event that is endangering the lives of everyone on the planet. In only a few generations, The entire race of the world would be forced to revert back to survival mode. Money would be no longer an asset,big companies would go down,corrupt governments will lose funds and power... And when this happens, everyone would be equal again. This would lead people focus on what REALLY matters in life... Your family.. and your survival.

Logic doesn't keep you a prisoner IMO. Belief keeps you a prisoner, suspicions about illogical things are great but belief stop you from seeing the vast sea of possibility.
