imagine what the world would be like had Bush been killed pre 9-11
yea, a bullet can change the world if the right person is killed with it.

Even keeping to old presidents and popular presidents, of course the world changed when they were shot, we aren't in an entirely different direction, but there was definite change.
You didn't notice the vague wording in the 50 posts previous to yours? You're the first person to put names to it in the thread. I'm just saying, let's keep it hypothetical

I was just stating that these man were fueled by america. The nation was behind them in everything they did. Thats a rare quality. You could say lincoln caused the civil war.. but thats not put the shoulders of one man. After all lincoln didnt beat the south by himself.

Of course. The world is in constant change. A bullet would contribute to that on a varying scale.

Not in the long run i don't think so.
I think i read somewhere that if you put all of history of the world into 24 hours that humans would account for like 3 seconds of it or something.
SO in the long run i don't think the world will change that much because some animal shoots another animal.

I suppose there are different ways to interpret the question, but it never specified a lasting and major change.

hehe yeah i thought i would take the angle that no one else thought of.
now that i think of it though if there were all out nuclear war between humans then i think it would make a lasting impression on the world, and all that could be started by one bullet.... hmm.....

That's just how the short version of history remembers it. I don't think you could be more wrong

It CAN nip it in the bud though. Lets say time travel was feasible, and you were looking at 10 year old Hitler through a scope. Would that change anything?
