Who knows, maybe in the next 8 years it will be the thing that finally ends the depression.  Stranger things have happened.  Can you imagine the boom in small businesses, jobs, and tax revenue if the government implemented legalization correctly.  Of course I can't think of one thing the government does well other than fucking things up.  And it probably won't happen, too many jobs to be lost in law enforcement and budgets to be cut, and it would reduce the size and control of the government.  Now more than ever it appears the government wants to control everything they can because they know what is best for us.  They won't reduce their power that easy. 

And even if Glenn Beck brings no new points I believe his audience is fairly conservative so the fact that he brings up the legalization point at all helps, even if he was unfairly condescending to one of the pro legalization guests he interviewed.

i cant wait until marijuana is legalized and it ends up saving this country.

wonder what all the nay sayers will think about marijuana then.

yeah, and we are also seeming to look over the ultimate cover crop properties of running cannabis in the summer on fields that need serious aeration!
