"in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"

"People do it every day, they talk to themselves ... they see themselves as they'd like to be, they don't have the courage you have, to just run with it."

soon it will be illegal to smuggle drugs into the country by submarine

thanks Joe Biden for that piece of redundant legislation that cost
$3million to pass in a time of economic hardship, we know you just
needed a reason to justify your existence in washington

Now to be fair pris; we also have more growers per capita. Its estimated that there are at least 50000 grow homes in a country with a population of 33 million.

do you have more growers or just more growers busted?

http://www.drugscience.org/Archive/bcr2/MJCropReport_2006.pdf

many of ours never see prosecution because they can easily skip the country

Those have nothing to do with per capita grow operations but the amounts produced and their estimated values compared to other cash crops in the top producing states. My suggestions is that we have more growers per capita because we're a smaller population and beyond even that have just as large a range of home growers who don't sell there harvests.
