 Whats up guys. Syringe question

Hey guys this is my first post and my first grow. I have a couple questions for you guys though:
1. How many 1/2 pint jars can i inoculate with a regular 10cc syringe?
2.What should I do to the jars before I fill them with the substrate? Clean them out with alcohol?
3. What kind of tape should I use for the top of the jars?

10 jars, wash with hot soapy water and rinse, micropore medical tape

2: Yeah clean them out, why not.
3: Microfiber, I use coaches tape. You can find it near the bandages at any department store.

Make sure you wipe the inner lip of the jar clean and dry before you put the lid on.

tape doesn't matter as ure taking it off anyway (since u already have a dry verm layer as a filter). Micropore tape can stay on as it's breathable but again not necessary

IC is correct. You really don't need the tape at all on PF jars.

agreed... tape really makes no difference but make sure you have a buffer layer of verm or something

If you make a liquid culture you can inoculate a virtually unlimited amount of jars.

dont put tape on top of the jars. fill with substrate, then put half inch dry verm in it, no tape.
