    #992394 - 10/25/02 01:32 PM (14 years, 4 months ago)

...while i was fanning my terrerium, i accidentally hit it and my cakes fell over onto my perlite bottom, right on the fluffy mycelium side...i picked them up and brushed off some perlite, but i think it also took off some of the fluff....are the cakes fucked up now or what. am i ok or did i just let some contams get in?

Cakes are pretty tough. Possibility for contams, however,
mycilium produces a natural antibodies to fight off contams.
If your hands were relatively clean, you should have no
worries.

I'v dropped cakes on the floor and they turned out ok. I wouldn't worry you may just get a little bruising if that.
