Incubation Temp.

What's the optimal incubation temp. for cubenzie substrate?

I'm currently keeping at 85-90 F by wrapping the original boxes in a blanket and setting next to a floor heater. Seems to stay nice and toasty even with the heat turned to 72-75 F. :smile:

My only concern with this approach is a possibility of drying out the substrate with the floor heater. The humidity guage drops down to about 45% when another room is about 55-60%.

I'm new to this, but from what I've read direct heat drys out your substrate. I would imagine a heater doing this. I got a fish tank heater, and the jug of water I have it in keeps the air humid and the temp right at 85. I have read target humidity for incubaiton is 70%
