funny, as a Cowboys fan I thought the problem was that we didnt get him the ball enough
And when its all said and done he will go down as one of the top 5 WR to ever play the game. Statistically

Just admit it, you have no idea what you're talking about. Your argument does not reflect reality.

He causes too many off the field problems, after fighting with mcnabb and then acting like a child on the cowboys. If i was an owner i think his antics and his presence in the football program would not be as beneficial as his on the field performance. I think team chemistry is more important than talent IMO. Thats why i think he is washed up. Just bouncing around from team to team causing an ordeal.

T.O. isn't washed up and can still put up good stats. However it's like he's been outcast to Buffalo and if he got pissed at Romo and the Cowboys offense and it's coordinator, it's going to be a lot of fun to see how he reacts to Buffalo's ineptitude. I can't wait to see T.O. destroy Trent Edwards confidence probably by mid-season, and then having the Bills team implode as the season goes on. What great drama, better than any reality show.

I thank God for the TO's and A-Rods, Barry Bonds, and Ron Artests of the world.
If everyone was a great and quiet guy like Barry Sanders, it would get boring.
TO is NOT washed up. But he better ride the line this year, or else there will be half as many teams lining up to give him millions the next.

Ah, I see.
He's been washed up his whole career.

T.O. is a great player that deserves to be mad at the Cowboys. 69 receptions this year? pssshh. wtf. as a matter of fact he has 38 td's over the past 3 years. thats more than anyone else in the span. 5th in all time recieving yards. 4th in TD's. 6th in receptions. this guy is a hall of famer. come on. you dont just cut him.

They didn't just cut him. They cut him and took a giant cap hit. Meanwhile the Bills were smart enough to sign him for just one year so he can't really fuck them up much. Evans is pretty good but he definitely needs the help this will give him. Edwards, though, I dunno about. For all the dopes arguing that Cutler sucks, as a Bills fan I would be more than happy to have him sucking up my team.

Like I said, I thought, he can help and with a one year deal can't do much damage.

Man Zap, right back at me huh
For the record, I never said Cutler sucks in the traditional sense. Just like Jeff George and Stephan Marbury suck.
He's still young, but if he's not throwing a better ball and carrying himself better the first couple of games of the year, I'm going to put him into the "if he's not traded to somebody who can fix him, he's done" category.
I was big on him out of college, but his stock has dropped a lot with me.

LOL. I didn't even realize you were one of the "dopes". I wasn't paying that much attention. There's probably quite a few teams that would take him. He does seem to be a bit of a baby but he's still a good player.

He is not a leader. He throws an awful ball. He chokes off in the worst places and at the worst times. Like you have said, he has to best wide receiving corps in the NFL, one of the best lines. They make hum look good. Put him on the Bears. he ain't going to the pro bowl. Not to mention that he's overly arrogant i.e. bragging that his arm was SO much stronger than Elway's.
These things a person can grow out of. But will he. I'm not sure. I'm afraid that one thing that made me so big on him coming out of college, the fact that he kept to himself and out of trouble, wasn't the typical "frat boy" type (Matt Leinhart anyone?) may also have blinded me to the fact that he seems to lack what a QB needs to win.
Here's the deal, a guy with the skill set of a Cutler or Marino is expected to do great things. He SHOULD be in the playoffs tearing it up.
I'm ready to call his career 4 games in.

give it a chance. next year may not be the best year to call it. new coaching staff across the board, new offensive system. give us a good D and he'll be great. i agree, he is a little cocky. but hes sure of himself. hes been in the league 3 years. 2 starting. i may be uberly biased but i think jay cutler will be a hall of famer
