Contamination

Yesterday I inoculated four rye grain grow bags, 2 with B+ and 2 with Amazonian. If something were to go wrong, how easy it to be able to detect if a bag becomes contaminated? Im assuming the obvious is discolored mycelium or mold but is there anything else i should be on the look at out for? Maybe a better question would be how do you know your bag is healthy? Last, how can i be positive the bags are 100% colonized and is it a good idea to break up the substrate in the bag after colonization to allow the substrate to re-colonize? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks yall.

Use the search engine Wrong forum Healthy bags have lots of ropy, white, mycelium. Unhealthy bags have green and red and blue and sometimes, neon orange with purple polka dots
