Who else loves lilac season? (INTENSE DRUG)

Here in Oregon I noticed that a small bush of some type of lilac is starting to bloom (early?) and it has me swimming in memories. Growing up, my mom would grow the most large fragrant and beautiful lilac bushes ever and I'm sort of bummed that I'm going to miss them this year (I moved). Hopefully I can find more bushes/trees around here because there is nothing like walking around on a warm and sunny spring day with the smell of different types of lilac filling your lungs and drifting you away to another world.

One of the more awesome things about them is that their season is right around mother's day in the midwest.
