Questions about bringing a mushroom back from gerd

Ok to start off i have a 9 jars with about 99 nimp koolas. They are all swelling nicely and do not need to be injected with permafrost anymore. Now that the geometo stage has set in im always sure to put them in the freezer and back in the oven every few hours. My question for all you is if i keep them in a pre orkylunastra state will they have manacats before they grow to large for the jars? I dont want to feed them the live plasma just yet..
