Hmm, checked sporeworks... doesn't seem like they have Thai available. http://www.sporeworks.com/species1.html
Do you recommend any other spore distributors for the Thai strain?

they may be similar but as far as i know they are still different. The PES hawaiian are good to, pesa colonizes pretty quick and seems to be very potent

Cambos are another great strain, I used to think that all strains were created equal until I tried these. Haven't tried thai's yet, but got a couple of jars going, so soon I'll tell you how they compare.

I tryed my cambos. yesterday and was very disapointed I ate 4 grams dry and had a very strong body fry but no visarals. Dont know if it was a bust or not but I would try the t3 bro, first. Stragazers and ceepers creepers are good I ate some carpet on these two strains. I dont know on the Z-strain cant hurt to try, later bro. and peace.

Damn man, you sound like an advertisment for STP. You were disappointed with cambos? That is not cool at all. Cambo's were the best that I've had, they were the first to give me CEVs. I'm standing with Cambo, but it sounds like Thai's are a favorite.

Like I said i had tryed cambo. for the first time and was at a lost, but I am not nocking the cambo strain as in all stains some flushs are stronger than others and some are really weak. This was a first try but not at a lost a mark in the book for later to try to cultivate a stronger batch. LOve all the mushys and I hope my first post in here does not turn people away, I say try them all out and you make a thought and share it with us. Till then your quest to find the colors and tracers are a good one. later bros! Peace!

I'll stand with ya man! Cambo's have been my favorite from the beginning (although now they sit in a tie with Ecuadors) I like the Cambo's simply because they are the only strain I've tried that gives a clean (somewhat speedy) experience with no "mind fuck". Best strain for group tripping IMHO...

Hey thai's aren't that visual. And there trip is shorter than most. The most visual strain imo is Mazatapec it has the best vibe of all mushie tried. also is really strong on the visuals. Thai's are more of a body trip than an eye candy shroom. Also Ecuador are very visual. These are my top 2 recomendations. I recomend Mazatapec the most though very very excellent!

LOLOLOLOL my friend has some shrooms i dont know EXACTLY what strain they are, i dont think that they are cubensis though. I got like MASS visuals off of them. These shrooms were black. because i just found out u could grow shrooms and i just had my 1st crop and ate some and the visuals were no where near. As a matter of a fact, they were kinda diffrent, but the same, very fluid. hypnotising but without the leaving the body type of thing. and u only had to eat one (my friends shrooms) like .23 g or so. This would give u a buzz like cocain or eating 2 rolls with some serious visuals.

Thanks mickey_rourke! Sounds like these are definately the strain to try for visuals. My dog will definatley have to explore these T3 strain.
From Ralphster's Spores (http://www.ralphstersspores.com/#KS2) " The potency of these Thai strains tend to be some of the most potent of the P.cubensis variety. A Full Moon Mushroom Festival is held once a month on this small island where thousands of people, still to this day, gather to partake of this magical mushroom. From an area where 95% of the inhabitants are Buddhists, this mushroom strain is considered by local natives to be a very sacred gift from the gods. "

Hey zer0, Just curious, if it's "zer0", then why not "z3r0"?
Anyway, my dog spot tried some PRs last weekend. Check out the thread!
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=Forum2&Number=525710&fpart=&PHPSESSID=
These were actually grown quite a while back and kept in the freezer inside a paper bag. They tasted really fresh.
The experience was wonderful. He gulped down about 2g. There were some light to medium visuals. I bet 4g would've been really intense! I'd recommend them highly! I've heard that some people have had difficulties getting good flushes from PRs, but my dog has had a great experience, great flushes, best ever actually.

This might sound odd, but some of SWIM's friends and himself were experiencing crazy visual on p. cubs (Gulf Coast) at only 2.5 grams. SWIM saw trails to objects and motion blurs to everything, quite unique.

go to www.lilshopofspores.com
as far as i know the effects of different cubensis are all the same they might vary slightly in potency however. if you want visuals eat 4 or more grams. i ate 4 grams and i just started to see hallucinations.
hallucinating is not one of the prime benefits of eating mushrooms. i find the self reflection and the personal psychoanalisis of myself and my life to be more beneficial. also the feeling on the way down from the peak is the best. i dont like peaking, i like the way down. it gives me a feeling of contentment and wellbeing and happiness. to me hallucinating is a negative effect of mushrooms.

Huh, whaaaa, why? hallucinating is one of the best parts. I think that it helps remind you that you are on a drug, because if it was purely introspective, I think it may be a little to heavy at times. When you see cool crap, it helps to kinda ground you (ironic as that sounds) by letting your brain know all the crap its thinking is ok because you are under the influence and it this state will not last forever. Crap, crap crappidty crap.

hallucinating isnt all bad. i think it misrepresents the effects of mushrooms. it seems that people take mushrooms to hallucinate, to get fucked up. mushrooms should be taken as a learning drug not a lets party and get fucked up drug. hallucinating is not the major affect of mushrooms. that is why all these people on the shroomery are posting threads about why cant they hallucinate and their shrooms suck because they arent hallucinating. get over it. dont have preconceptions and just enjoy the insight that mushrooms provide us.

I agree that it is a great learning experience. And I hope that more people take advantage of that, but I gotta admit, the visuals are a big draw for me, as well as the frame of mind and perception I am in while tripping.

None of us have any governance over how mushrooms should be used. They are an ethnogen and not a drug, but i often low-dose if im heading out for a night just to add extra energy to the evening. I tend to believe that all cubies are not the same - some are more potent, some are more pleasant. pans kick all their arses though!

wow, some of the pan pics I've seen on the web are showing the pans to definately be a heavy producer of ciylocybe, and the strain have particularly long stems. Looks as if they also need to be grown in manure, or straw, meaning you have to have a pressure cooker to try these.
I think for now I'm going to stick the cubies...

Okay So can someone please explain how certain different species of mushroom produce more/better visuals? I really don't get it... I mean, all mushrooms (barring Aminitas obviously) contain the same active substances; psilocybin and psilocin (assuming it has not broken down in drying process), plus some other alkaloids that are inactive by themselves but in combination with the main actives produce the unique magic mushroom trip. So how can mushroom a.) produce more visuals than mushroom b.)when they contain exactly the same psychoactives, just in slightly different quntities? Sure, certain mushrooms contain more psilocybin, but this shouldn't mean it's a more visual mushroom, it just means it's a stronger mushroom, which obviously is going to make you trip harder anyway, because it's making your brain produce more seritonin etc etc. So the only possible theory I have is that it has something to do with the proprtion of 'other' akaloids present in the mushroom that some how target different neurons to make them behave in a way that produces more visuals.????????? I've honestly always thought that it's solely down to how susceptible you are to OEV's on psychedelics, and to a certain degree the set and setting (and of course, the dose). Could someone please explain! Thanks, Psilosaurus rah!

Unless you isolate a strain you never know how potent the shrooms are going to be IMO.

the most visual chemical in Mushrooms is Baeocystin. you can find more info on the ratios of active chimicals in various magic Mushrooms on this site: http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_info4.shtml

Maybe you should try "Treasure Coast" strain. They are from Martin County (my home town by the way) and I know from experience that they grow as big as hamburgers in the wild and there have been times with those babies that I had a hard time figuring out if my eyes were open or closed. INTENSE visuals to say the least. Walls melting into serpentine vines, geometries of shapes that exist only in m/shroom land, etc. Go get em!

^^heheeh. Sounds good!....But i'm not from the USA, i'm from England.....
I'd LOVE to get my hands on P.Azurescens, simply because of the amount of Baeocystin.....They also look very cool! Caramel coloured, large saucer caps, and turn indigo black when touched(odd)!
Any idea if any of the street vendors sell these fresh in Camden Town?
Thing is, with mushrooms I always get intense visuals, acid-like, fractals, A LOT of melting away at high doses, geometrics...That's just on Mexican cubensis and Columbian.
I'm very sensitive to psyhcedelics in general though, i'm always the bloke tripping hard on 15 grams or 1 tab when everybody else is pissed off because they aren't feeling much lol

Hmm that explains P. cyans..they grow wild in my hood. And by far I have had the wierdest visuals on them...A low dose 0.5 - 1.0 (no joke) produced full blown patterning of a padded wall made of breathing flesh complete with viens and arteries...FUCKING CRAZY!! AHAHHAHAHAHHHHHHHHHHH oh and I had a delusion that I felt my head turn in a fish! It was flopping with every step HA this inndeused sort of a panic state!

Well Amazon and PES Hawaiin are not super visual. More trail effects then colorful visuals reported for these two species. Great body high for both though.
