i have noticed a slight difference in yield between seed grown plants and the first generation of clones produced from those plants, but it was very slight. despite the fact that they were grown in exactly the same setup, you could say that environmental factors were what made the difference, and by no means can i prove otherwise
i do believe that you would have to clone from clones for a few generations before there was any real noticable difference in vigor.

What, you never heard of cloning buds? It's basically the same as cloning plants. The only difference is you wait until the plant starts to flower then find the branches with flowers at the tips, cut about 5 inches down from the flower and root the same way you would a plant clone. Once it roots it will continue to flower as long as you keep the lighting cycles the same. The mother will continue to put out flowers.
If you do everything right you'll end up with really big buds because all of the nutrients that would normally go into the whole plant just goes into the bud. When I do it my buds average 2 to 6 ounces each.

well i'm usually a little more diplomatic than that but that statement is just ridiculous. unless he weighs his buds fresh
as you know i have plenty of experience going straight from clone to flower so i know what plants of this size are capable of.

I thinks hes talkin the whole plant. cannabis doesent show signs of sennecence that fast. you can clone a clone if needed but its best to try to cross it with some new genetics if thats possible so you can get yourself sone seed stock and some new shit. or just flower them. Ive had mothers plant that I pull clones off of for years.

That's wet trimmed weight. When dried and cured they weigh a little less than half that. I use Northern Lights #5 x Haze and other crosses, Skunk varieties and crosses and AK47 hybrids.
I use a version of "Supper Cropping" that I first came across in an issue of High Times, Feb. '99 to be specific. I grow them in a 8x8 foot room painted hospital white on the ceiling, walls and floor using 8 600 watt air cooled HPS lamps on chains from the ceiling with 16 54 watt double tubed fluorescent shop lights mounted low on the walls and between the clones. The ones in between are movable. I use fans to circulate the air and I enrich with CO2. I can't remember the ratio right off hand, I would have to look at my notes. I grow on tables so that I don't have to constantly bend over everything. Because of how bright it is inside the room I have to wear really dark wielder's goggles or go in there during the dark cycle using green lights just to make sure everything is running right and to replenish nutrients. Everything is on timers. About a week to a week and half before harvest I flush everything with filtered water and continue with the feeder solution. A few days right before harvest I switch to filtered water and let them use what ever nutrients that are left in the soil.
I don't always get such heavy weights but I usually get buds that weigh over an ounce a piece. The biggest ones came from an AK47 hybrid a few years ago.
And I never take pictures of what I grow for safety reasons. My property here in West Virginia has already been searched twice because someone told the drug task force that I grow, but the only things they found were a few bowls and bongs and less than an ounce of bud. My grow rooms are in hidden spots for just that reason. I keep notes on my previous grows in my grow rooms for the same reason. But if you don't know the cipher for them no else would be able to understand them.
