Me and my GF sat down and watched THE NEVER ENDING STORY , we split an 1/8 and it was on. Or go rent the Simpsons movies where it has a few shows on one tape.. Any ever seen THE NEVER ENDING STORY shrooming???

Yeah its fu(kin awsome and it just blows your mind cause its a never ending story.
When i first heard the Title of it i was like shit this is going to be one long movie.

I'm not sure if I remember The never ending story but if it's the movie I'm thinking of it really scared me as a kid, but it might be something else.

Yeah...Never Ending Story is a GREAT one......another good one is "The Dark Crystal"....love them both just as much today as when I was a kid.....is cool to watch movies on low dose trips....for me, though, sometimes I have a hard time focusing on them when tripping. Plots can get hard to follow, and the acting fails to trick yer brain into thinking its real.

Never seen that one on shrooms, but next time you trip, pick up "Brazil", "Jacob's Ladder", and/or "Goonies". The second one is a bit freaky, the first one is all fucked up, and the third one is just funny and entertaining. Whatever you do, don't watch Saving Private Ryan on mushrooms.. bad.. very bad.... especially in a theatre.

Thinking about it now brings back memories, but no doubt it would be trippy to watch on shrooms and it isn't such a bad idea.

the best movie to watch on shrooms is death to smootchy. Two friends and I watched it 3 days ago while shroomin and we laughed so hard our faces hurt aftwards. If you do watch this show on shrooms look for the part in where the band on the smootchy show is playing 'pop goes the weasel' and the guy in the safari suit cant keep in time with the music. We were convinced the guy in the safari suit was mike myers in makeup and also look for the midget in a blue rino suit that looks evil when he turns toward the camera.we watched this part like ten times. I watched it the next day when I wasnt high it didnt seem as entertaining tho hmmm

I just watched "Death to Smoochy" on mushrooms.
It was .. kind of funny. Pretty lame though. Definitely not a shroom movie. But you know what IS a shroom movie? THE LABYRINTH!

Labyrinth is a movie that has David Bowie as the Goblin King and Jennifer Connely, who wishes the Goblin King would take her baby brother away. He does, and the she changes her mind and has to go throught the labyrinth to the King's castle to get the baby back. The whole thing is full of all kinds of creatures and puppets. Nice colors too. It's a wicked trippy movie to watch when you're fuxx0red. I have it on DVD and just watched it this past Friday.

I saw neverending story 3 on tv the other day, it has jack black in it, lol...the first one is the best tho.
Alot of cantonese/japanese movies are trippy, especially anime!
I watched this cantonese movie '2002' sober a couple of weeks ago and i think that would be pretty cool to watch shroomin...all about this division of the hong kong police that uses man-ghost partnerships to stop evil ghosts from reicarnating

I just tripped for my first time this past weekend. We watched Lord of the Rings on DVD and I must say it blew my mind. We were amazed after pretty much every scene in the movie. I am hoping to watch some of these other movies when i do it again...has anyone watched the Matrix? I think this would be a cool movie to watch.

Yeah, labrynth is great. Along with the neverending story. Gremlins 2 is pretty sweet too. Along with 'toys'(i don't like the show normally...but while tripping it would be cool). Memento is messed too. Hard to understand but very trippy. Harry potter is very cool indeed too.
I really want to see crouching tiger, hidden dragon while tripping. Same with starwars 2. Cool world is a sweet show too. Super Mario Brothers the movie is trippy.

Definate decline with the quality form the first to the 3rd. In fact I'm gonna say the 2nd wasn't very good and the 3rd wasn't worth watching on T.V.

dont forget about The Wall, and Heavy Metal. One not to watch, The Elephant Man, I some how ended up watching most of this movie on acid once along time ago. It definitly does not give you a good mindset to say the least. I still remember that and it was like 15 years ago!

The Neverending Story kicks ass while tripping. Along with anything anime and Fantasia. I don't really like anime when I'm not tripping, but give it a try. Also, all those fighting movies with Jet Li, Jackie Chan, and other people are as funny as hell while tripping...

you gotta be kiddin' me. i saw the american version in the theatres and thought it was really good. then i read on a ring messageboard that ringu was way better so i thought cool i'll check it out. downloaded a perfect copy from kazaa and started watching it. the intro looked really cool, but after that it just really sucked in my opinion. maybe it just depends on which version you watch first, but i thought the remake was much better. the japanese version just wasn't scary at all.

Those are all good suggestions, but the best trip movie ever is IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS. Written by Clive Barker and Directed by John Carpenter. It'll fuck your head up good.

The second and third fantasia movies SUCK ASS. Boring cgi wales should suck my dick. And that lame ghetto cartoon with the jazz music totaly fucks up the mood of fantasia. Pretentios art house shit!!!

I dont like the old fantasy movies like labyrinth or the never ending story.watched em to many times as a kid I guess. I recently saw an awesome movie when I was on shrooms I think it was called Frailty. Its about this man and his two kids that lead a normal life until the dad starts going crazy(I think he was supposed to have schizophrania). The dad convinces his kids that he has been chosen by god to kill demons and his kids decide to help. The demons that he kills are normal people but the guy is to fucked up to see that. Its the kind of movie youd think would be very popular like the 6th sense or something but it didnt get near as much attention.

Fantasia is excellent for extending a trip during come-down, especially the part with the rolling hills.....the music is very powerful. Also, for all you fans of obscure art films, try Fantastic Planet (might be hard to find, but worth the look). Or, for old fashioned shits and giggles, try turning on the radio and watching cartton network on mute!!

my friend told me about frailty last night. It sounds like a fun movie to watch and smoke pot to (if you're as sick as me...hehe, death angels and kids locked in basements) but on shrooms...it might be too dark. Is there a lot of shown violence and dark overtones?

What about te movie Communion? Has anyone seen it? I thought it was freaky as hell, it was probably the scariest movie I've ever seen (although it wasn't a horror movie). I wonder what that movie would be like trippin (I don't think I'd try it).

Communion and Fire in the Sky. FREAKY. Fire in the Sky isn't a good movie exactly but it is worth the 15 minute alien scene. If I saw that trippin I would run from the house screaming like a little girl, or just sit there paralyzed with fear thinking the greys are right behind me!

I remember watching "The Neverending Story" as a kid SO many times...
ALL of these movies mentioned are part of my early childhood memories and consciousness.

Damn straight, I thought I was the only one who had seen Krull. Awesome ol movie.
And I highly recommend the book of The Never Ending Story, which the movie was based off of. Its by Michael Ende and it kicks all forms of ass. Peace.

Holy shit, I couldnt imagine watching that alien scene from Fire in the Sky while tripping. I have a hard time watching that sober, that shit is just out there. Frailty is one bad ass movie, but again I dont think I could watch that tripping, I think I would end up looking at my best friend and seeing him as a demon or something j/k. Last week I tried watching Fantasia 2000 while I was tripping balls, and sucked a fat one. They would play one song, and then a bunch of old wrinkled guys would talk about it for what seemed like an hour.

I laughed like a madman when robin williams goes back to his old penthouse now enhabited by eddie norton, threatens them with a gun, but then gets bumrushed by eddie and the chick, then he starts breaking down then spills hot coffee on his crotch and says "owww my balls!"
labyrinth and N.E.S are a little to elementary for my taste, like most people I've seen it too many times as a child to really appreciate it now, but imagine if they did a remake with state of the art visual effects and some stan winston animitronics!!!

I hated Neverending Story when i was a kid, it scared me...i think. I get them mixed up, is that the one where the horse dies in the quicksand? And Labryinth is pretty damn scary too....David Bowie is one scary dude...

First time i tripped i watched crouching tiger hidden dragon. I didnt get a whole lot out of the movie, as i wasnt paying to much attention. Only thing i really remember was realizing i was tripping and looking at my friend sitting next to me and seeing his eyes that were half of his head. Brazil is definately a good one to watch as well. Good first experience  A couple of my favorites to watch are:

For me the first matrix...i absolutely love that movie trippin. i recently saw house of a thousand corpses and my wife and i were talkin about what it would be like but decided against watchin that one trippin. ill have to try neverending story...sounds fun. tip: if you watch the matrix, wait at least til the tracers start before you put it in. it kinda builds up with your trip...very kickass!
