Please Help Me Identify These Mushrooms (i am a noob @ this)

Habitat:
Found growing under wooden plank in Mississippi. The area was a large pile of misc. wood (rotten and usable) Pretty sure there was horse shit too. There was also some white fungi/mold growing close by.

The gills are wide like Hygrophorus but I think its Tubaria.

Hygrophorus usually has different colors and thicker gills which are less orange.

The edibility of alot of Tubaria are unknown.They are not hallucinogenic.
