Well, the only drug I would personally legalize is Marijuana, I see no logical reason that overbalances my decision for any other drug.

Anyways, peace, I know some of you are going to storm in here with your reasons why "this" and "that" should be legal, but keep in mind the seriousness of the issue, and then tell me if my decision was wrong or not.

hey mayor, im all for weed, but these kids keep coming into my liquor store after skool asking if i sell weed. I dont sell weed, how do i get a a licence to sell weed? how much does it cost? and where can i buy my weed from?

You have to obtain a lisence to sell from the Marijuana Distribution Control board after meeting some standards for selling it in your shop.  :grin:

The majority of Marijuana is grown on farms in Kentucky and shipped out to the Marijuana Distribution Control plant. From there it is shipped to markets and stores.
All Marijuana will be in nugget form and come in several strains, even specialized flavoured strains. Different strains as well as different growing techniques vary in price.  :tongue:

Psylocybin mushrooms will be legal to grow for personal use if the grower is over the age of 17, but they are not legal to sell. This is a way to keep stupid people from misusing them. spores will be sold to those over the age of 17 upon signing an applied-for contract stating that no action commited by the user under the influence of psylocybin derrived from the spores is at the fault of the spore provider. It is a contract stating that the user will use the mushrooms at the user's own risk and with responsibility. It also states that the user is aware of the effects of the mushrooms and will procede with caution. :grin: I should write the laws here in America!!!

I would make all natural drugs legal. And the only synthetic drug I would make legal would be LSD. And for drugs like meth and heroin, if you get caught with those you would have to serve 3 months in a drug rehabilitation

I would make all natural/unrefined drugs legal to sell in coffeeshops like the Amsterdam/BC model. Coke,heroin,meth,etc. would be decriminalized for personal use in small amounts,like a couple grams. The money that would usually be spent on criminal justice would be put into rehab programs based on a scientific/medical model,not propraganda. these programs would not be mandatory as long as drug users didn't brake any other laws.

If I were mayor of some town, i would definetly make marijunana legal. I would also legalize mushrooms...i would make it illegal to possess those damned caffeine pills you get at Cumberland Farms though.
