junk? No. Plasma makes up half of your blood, they take the blood, separate it, take the plasma, then put your blood back in the body. And the plasma rejuvenates in like a day.

I meant junk as in "stuff", not like "crap".
I understand the process involved in donating plasma, I know a couple guys who do it so they can get money to buy herb.
I've never done it, because I'd rather just donate blood. The thought of them putting something back into my veins, after taking it out, makes me uncomfortable.

it never enters a machine though, it goes into new sterile bags and then is transfered back into you after the plasma gets drooped into another sterile bag

I hate getting IVs, there's no way I could sit there and let a big bag of blood minus plasma seep back into my arm. I'd rather just let them drain me.

$20 for first vists....
then after that it ranges from $15 to $35. they put you on a cyclical pay schedule. it comes out to about $200 a month if you do it twice a week.
