i tripped with my L/S machine last weekend and had probably the most amazing visual experience ive ever had. i saw all the patterns i normally saw but amongst all that i could also see people moving around and i could mentally command them to do things. except for one(i thought it was god or something), this giant bearded guy i was looking up at. he looked down at me and just pointed at me, that was kinda weird. after i got done using it i had the most visual trip ive ever had and i dont normally get visuals off of mushrooms. i strongly recommend a light and sound machine to any tripper, definitely an experience.

If you want trippy stuff go to the file library here at The Shroomery. I have the screen saver one and when I trip I like to spend about 20 - 30 min watching it. I just turn off the lights in my ded and watch it in the pitch black. ~It's all fun and games till someone loses an eye. Then it's fun and games you can' see. James Hetfield ~Metallica~

I've owned a mind machine now for 3 years. I have the galaxy pro and I also have an aura cushion, and a CES oasis for anyone who knows of these machines. I love 'em and I think they were worth the money even though expensive. Anyhow I love using them all at once while on drugs it's great. I've only tried it while on pot and/or shrooms. But it's definately a great trip toy. Hell it's a cool enough trip toy when you're not on anything. I noticed that in the instruction manual it specifically has a warning not to use it while on any psychoactive drugs. HAHAhaHaha oh well I guess they need exclaimers in order to save their asses if anyone gets screwed up by it. I recommend buying one if you are at all curious.

I last time I was really freakin High, after smokin a blunt, I tried listening to that "Brain Wave Generator" thing. Don't do it! It sucked, cause I started trippin ballz, but in a bad way. I turned it off, and when I opened my eyes, my monitor was shaking like crazy. I rubbed them, and put visine in them and everything kept vibrating. It was the program at http://www.saunalahti.fi/~noromaas/bwgen/ It was funny cause I remembered something on the web page about not using the program while under the influence of drugs...hehehe. I think I used the "Low Meditation" setting. I don't recommend it, it gets you too damn high (in a bad way though.) [This message has been edited by John123 (edited December 13, 1999).]

After reading this thread I had to get one. Got it today! After one quick session with it I can see I'm going to be visiting many strange dimensions with this little device and some friendly little mushies. Anybody have mild headaches after their first time with it?
