Mycobag Grow, B+ Cubensis Strain

Purchased MycoBag & Spores from www.redeyefrog.com, inoculated last Wednesday  following the instructions here. >

Wiped the needle and injection site with sterilizing swab & injected around 4ccs of the B+ spore solution.
Placed the now inoculated mycobag into big cardboard box with heat mat underneath keeping the temperature at a constant 27C, sealed the box up so no light can get in but air can still circulate.

Its now Tuesday, 7 days on and the substrate still shows no sign of any mycellium growth?
Have I done something wrong? or should I just stay patient and keep waiting?

usually with mycobags people inject the spore solution into the middle of the bag...I've gone 2 weeks without seeing growth before...just let it sit...dont disturb it until you see growth...

I have now checked the bag nearly week & 1/2 on and its now clumping itself together with white strands, almost feather like mycellium.
Ive given it a bit of a mixup to hopefully speed up the colonization abit.
Once fully colonized instead of fruiting directly from the bag is it possible to pour it all out into a tray or something then pop it into a big tupperware box with a layer of dampened perlite at the bottom? to produce a bigger harvest at the end? and if this is possible will i have to sterilize the tray or not because the substrate will have already been colonized?
