Looks great, except for that small mushroom on the far right in the second set of pics. That's one of the inactive Stropharia. It will get easier for you to tell the difference between the two as you get more experience. They do look pretty similar.
As for the ones you are calling the "brown ones." They are a Panaeolus species, and if left to print long enough should leave a black print. They are not poisonous and could have miniscule amounts of psilocybin, but in my opinion you shouldn't bother with them. Look up Panaeolus cyanescens. It's a potent species of Panaeolus that should grow in your area.

the ones that print black are active.
black print only indicates that they are of panaeolus genus.
what makes u think they are cinctulus? they dont appear to be an active variety.
When I first looked at them I thought a few might be,
spoke too soon.

Nice cubes. For better results in the future, only pick the mushrooms that are growing DIRECTLY out of the dung. It is possible to find cubensis growing out of dung fertilized grass, but through all of my years of hunting I have only found 1 and it was only about 3 to 4 feet away from a cube infested dung pile. I live in Texas too and 99.99999999999999999% of the active mushrooms ive ever found here were growing DIRECTLY from dung. What city in south Texas are you in if you dont mind me asking.

The ones that have the black spore prints and resemble your panaeolus genus look to me a lot like Panaeolus Antillarum, but I can't figure out what the tan ones are at the beginning, I have found ones that look like that too mixed in with Antillarum, but I could never positively ID it. Antillarum is not poisonous and does not contain psilocybin. I ate a whole bunch of Anitillarum once thinking they were active and it was pretty disgusting lol

i ended up throwing out all of those, as they got mushy and rotten i think. went out the next day and picked only cubes from what i learned. only got 15 grams fresh though. i live in the katy/houston area.
