bee pollen in lc?

so i just made an lc with 200ml water, 3.5g turbinado sugar, and .1g bee pollen.
Just an experiment, is there anything known that can go wrong with bee pollen in an lc?

It will do no good, but probably won't hurt anything but your wallet and the bees.
