57. They CAN kill you if you abuse them!

(Sorry if that gives off a negative vibe, but I just found out an associate of mine that was waayyy too into drugs died last night. And it was most definitely his abusive habits that did it.)

i am dissapointed that people had to start making comments about these things.. Id have thought we all disagree with most of the 'lessons learned' and not only that, most of us probably believe drugs are not needed to make these realisations.

but you know all that discussion could come at the end after there is a list of 101 to work with and collaborate

I don't think it's that we don't believe they are not needed, it's that we know that certain psychedelics can influence a person to think such thoughts; if this weren't true, then why would these kinds of things even be posted by us here in this thread?

58) A needle of adrenaline directly to the heart may make it start beating again, but there's nothing to make a broken heart beat the same again.

59) There are no trans dimensional aliens called etchies that are responsible for the hallucinations you see those are just your hallucinations trying to differentiate themselves from yourself.

60) There is no such thing as conformity. Everyone conforms to some sort of doctrine, but since there is no absolute doctrine there is no respective way to say anyone is conforming or not since they are all conforming to their own ideals of how they should act. The only difference is that some have convinced others to have the same ideals where as others may have had reactionary beliefs or were unshaped in their ideals by persuasion.

Yeah, the created part. If He were to look in a mirror, He would see us, but we have distorted the image, so He fled to protect His own image(holiness).

If I make a clay sculpture, the sculpture is indeed a part of me, but not me in essence.

people dont behave according to what is reasonable. We celebrate drugs and the way that we realise things when under the influence of drugs. Part of this celebration involves celebrating those specific things we realised while taking around during a period of taking and contemplating drugs.

however, all they really are, are realisations. No one can say whether you would have had that realisation withotu drugs or eventually anyway. no one can say that anyone else is going to have the same realisation as you either.

We are posting in a thread like this because it is enjoyable.. because the thread has been made with an objective that we can play towards (101 things).

Because we Can answer not because we have the right answers. There are no 'answers' in drugs, because they merely alter your viewpoint. Thus everyone will realise different things on drugs to eachother and these things will contradict and so the point could never possibly be to actually find a list of things that 'drugs' taught people..
all you can do is get a list of things that are likely to be realised while under a drug induced state, or associated with realisations or viewpoints in a drug induced state.
This likeliness is not known, it it inferred loosely fromt he fact that there is a higher rate of their expression on drug-related internet message boards

61. If you find yourself wondering whether or not people know, they know.
+
62. Most people are too preoccupied with their own lives to care.

63. Drugs are not wisdom.

64. Experienced drug users are not necessarily safe drug users.

65. Great ideas and profound realizations experienced in an abstract state of mind are often illusory. If you can't remember it, then it was probably a feeling -- meaningful, but nothing groundbreaking.
