You're asking how much straw (or whatever) you could spawn? (Not 100% sure with the wording of your post).

If so, you can get away with levels as low as 5-10%...I personally would stay at the top end of that scale, but that's just me.

What's with everyone and their massive amounts of spawn production recently?

You're going to fruit directly from the sawdust, or are you going to use the sawdust as spawn for bulk substrate? If you're going to use the sawdust as spawn, then you can easily spawn 100lbs of straw from 10lbs of sawdust.

Stamets quotes biological efficiency at 100-200%.

You potentially have a lot of mushrooms on your hands. Are you growing these for commercial distribution, or do you just have a lot of hungry friends to feed?

Is the trichoderma just on the surface of the sawdust? If so, it can be removed....but keep an eye on the remaining sawdust.

H2O2 decomposes into H2O+O over time. It's only use is to provide a safe start for the mycellial network. Slightly acidic conditons are also favourable for some strains, although I think I vaguely remember that oysters actually prefer neutral conditions -- I'll have to check on that.

You seem to be doing things on an awfully large scale. How about taking a bit of the sawdust spawn that doesn't look contaminated and using that to spawn a bit of pasteurized straw and see what happens?

you can try to salvage the uncontaminated portions. the good thing about sawdust is that there isn't as much usable nutrients for the trich. it won't be quite as conpetitive as on, say, a casing of cubes on dung.
psyconaut is right. you need to find a better growing area.

yeah, it can be a bit*h trying to find the best place to store them. i usualy time my projects so the outside weather is as conforming to my requirements as can be in the first place. unfortunately this restricts my options signifigantly.

jsut make sure that you colonizing bag isn't too big

if the center of the substrait is more than 8 inches away from the outside, you get some weird rott

of course this doesn't apply to logs
