Dissociatives just numb my body of all emotions. I close my eyes and slowly drift off into my own universe under my eye lids that i can create myself.

Yeah dissociatives used to be my favorite,
till I tried psychedelics.
Dissociatives are kind of one-sided, where you're the focus, and psychedelics just change everything, idk, I still do DXM from time to time.

I just don't see how anyone would have a desire for dissociatves when you can take LSD, Psilocybin, Mescaline or DMT.

DXM has it's things that none of those can offer,
listening to music on DXM is just a totally different thing then on any psychedelic.
my problem is I can't down those fucking pills anymore without throwing up, even holding them is like enough to make me gag.

I love dissociatives alote.I like how i walk on DXM and how insanely wacky everything is. Its not a competition tho,no one drug is better then another...they all have thier uses...including hard drugs(heroin, coke etc)...but it just happens that DXM is my cup of tea.

I like dxm because of the cev's,
but i've moved on.
i always defend it though, i hate when people say it's not a 'real drug'

Different tools, different uses. Both can provide spiritual experiences, if that's what one is looking for in these drugs. Both can certainly be used recreationally. One could even arguably say that dissociatives provide more precise help and manipulability when it comes to working with self psychoanalysis a la Lilly's Programming and Metaprogramming the Human Biocomputer.
Hell, I have a desire for deliriants. I still like traditional psychedelics, but for different purposes.

I know what you mean. Damn gels, I even find them a smell now when I smell a bottle full of them, makes me gag just thinking of them.

I've been planning on extracting some DMT from Mimosa. Seems like it's the only way I will get to experience it.

For fun? Marijuana, then pills (oxy, xanax, vicodin, ect..) The drug that I think is the root to all existence? The holly fungus. The drug I use the most is marijuana tho so I guess it is my drug of choice. My most important drug is fungus tho. I could live off just a 5 gram mushroom trip every 2 months and nothing else. What I hope I can do one day.

LOL thats fucking hilarious, I get the exact same thing. They have a "red" smell to them and a "red" taste and it's SOOO bad.
That's why I quit DXM, not because I'm "over" it or anything, I just can't physically down the pills anymore.

i understand the 'red' thing. i get that near the pills too, these days when i do DXM (rarely anymore) I get it from a friend who gets lab grade DXM from overseas..
as for the original topic... Well obviously weed, but again it's a fucking plant... then i'd say i'm in a 3 way deadlock between shrooms, mescaline and LSD. followed closely by a tie for second with DMT and salvia. i'm thinking about exploring the ayahuasca (possibly even pharmahuasca) realms some more, it's been a year or so... I also enjoy MDMA and Ketamine a great deal..
