    #975090 - 10/19/02 06:12 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

i looked at my syringe last night...its about 3 weeks old...and i saw some black and white thing stuck to the inside of the syringe...and i shook it alot...and then after shaking i saw even more white clumps of fuzzyness floating around...what the hell is going on? and if i try to innoculate anything else with the syringe will it still work just as good?

Looks like the spores started to germinate in the needle. If it looks like healty mycel, go 4 an inocu. Might work quicker, Xpecially on grains (wheat, rye, millet). Kepp in mind, if it was me, they would all B test jars.

There are little or no nutes in the water. After they germinate, they don't grow much. Best to use it -- ASAP. Either that or store in a fridge -- to chill it out.
