Does anyone know where to find empty gelcaps. I don't want to walk into wal-mart and sound like a complete moron.

Yup............. most carry double or triple ought caps. HF stores really mark them up. Other sources can be found on line - use google & search. 6T  :tongue:

What size is best. In the two methods on this site one says double one says tripple? I'm looking for 1/2 gram doses

You can get capsules and a nifty cap filler here: http://www.cap-m-quik.com/

The 00 caps are the ones that hold about 0.5g (pack 'em tight!). The 000 will hold more, but are MUCH harder to swallow.

You can get the caps at health food stores, or stores that sell organic herbs and such, but they're probably going to be a lot more expensive.
