Interested from a friends explanation of his shroom trip. Then another buddy of mine was a member and i decided what the hell. I was a long time lurker before i joined. Although the buddy of mine that was a member has been in rehab for like half a year.

First post was about shroom tea and how long it keeps refrigerated.
Then I came back almost a year later to ask about how to make salvia trips less fucking uncomfortable.
I never really did find an answer to that question (I presently believe it is not possible to make a salvia trip "comfortable"), but I did find something better.

My reason is kinda shitty.
My first time I "bought" mushrooms I got totally fucked over. A friend of mine said he could hook me up from a friend of a friend of his. So I give him some money to get like a half (lol) and later that night he meets up with me... anyway they ended up being shiitake and i totally got fucked over.
I was a total noob to this stuff so I came here and got a proper ID for what shit I got sold. 
But I didnt actually go to buy them, my friend did and just it was all around shady and the dude who pulled it off got away with it like a prick. Life and learn. 
But this site ended up being awesome and I stayed and learned a lot

I first lurked because I was interested in drugs.
I first made an account and posted because I'd ordered from a Shroomery sponsor and they were being extremely slow about processing the order, so I posted in the sponsors forum to make sure they were legit and find out what was going on (they hadn't responded to my email inquiries). I posted for a while, then stopped out of paranoia (I had a rather extreme cop scare, some Cali momma's boy got busted with a half pound of mushrooms and I'm pretty sure he told the cops that me and my roommate were slinging weed).
I came back to the site a year or so later since I liked it and liked being able to discuss drugs with like-minded people, and have pretty much been around here ever since.

my friends had ate fungus for their first times and i wanted to learn about it. i had previously been interested in fungus but not in the same way, picked a lot of morels and looked at fungus on trees but never ID'd. started reading more about LSD when friends tried it and decided to join to share experiences and advice so people wouldn't make the same mistakes i did.
