Buy a used rodent cage (rabbit, guinea pig) for 5$ through Craigslist or eBay, scrub and bleech clean the bottom and use that filled with some perlite. I did it. Cost me 5 Euros:

Work sucks, and I am also jealous. I go into work late on purpose and leave early but they won't fire to get compensation lol. Lets hope I get lucky hitting some of the stores with these ideas. Thanks guys, you have really helped me with some great ideas.

Also you can look at hydro shops for the trays you put under pots, you get quite big ones, like 6 x 4 etc...

Looks like I am gonna use 2 cement mixing trays. I am cutting both of them and making one large one. Going to use a trash bag to line it with some perlite inside to catch any moisture. I will post pics as I progress. I am still buying the piping and everything.

Nice. I just assembled another martha only to find it is a teeny one. I shouldn't order during a pot binge...

I ended up using 2 large cement mixing trays. Cut about 1/4 off of each, and then overlapped it. Then I taped it with gorilla brand tape, and lined it with a trash bag. I may put dry perlite at the bottom, but not sure yet. Going to finish connecting the humidifiers and test the consistency of the humidity. I will post pics asap, I am still gatherings the small things I need and will post it all at once.
