Wanna lose weight? All I do is snack until dinner, no breakfast or no lunch.
If you think about it breakfast lunch and dinner are usually around 5000 or more calories, not to mention snacks you probably eat in-between.
If I'm snacking throughout the day (Fruits, salads, jello, w.e) i'll have only like 2000-4000 calories a day which is plenty. I also take vitamins because I don't eat the same thing everyday and days that I don't eat certain foods, I pop one.

Bull fucking shit.
If you want to lose weight, find what works for you (diet you can follow and be happy on) then be 100% anal about your calories. Measure everything out and slowly reduce your calories over a period of weeks. That's how you lose weight.

Word. If you really take that many calories in from three meals, you either live in Louisiana or consider family size KFC buckets and a box of twinkies a meal.

Sure. Whey is the cheapest form of protein.

Yeah, whey protein. Those EAS brand bags of it they sell at costco are the shit. Blend some berries and milk with that stuff and its almost a complete meal in itself. It's pretty filling too.
