Scrape the whole damn thing in a jar of distilled water. Now you have a lot of syringes to fill up.

ahh sorry for some reason I thought it was an LC... hehe sorry!
If you are making spore syringes use a glovebox and stir it yourself, it will be fine. Make sure whatever you are stirring with is sterilized.

what are the spores in, is that in a jar of water?
also, i hope thats been done inside a glovebox and hasnt been taken out. You dont want any foreign spores landing inside that.
Ive never seen spores clump like that.

r.r. says in his video to use sex lube in your water to keep the spores from clumping.

assuming that you want to make a spore syringe, and assuming that the water is sterile.
prepare a sterile syringe and suck in and shoot water out multiple times, and that should help break them up, i think

Ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. I don't know how you'd put a whole mason jar in one though. RR

Sorry to Necromance this thread, but I just had the same problem on my first inoculation. My spore print was super clumpy, and no amount of shaking the syringe of drawing in/out would break them up enough. So some of my jars got fat globs of spore, and some got hardly any. I decided to inoculate 3 out of my six jars and see how they progressed, then do the other three so as not to blow all my spore in one load, so to speak. btw, technique was scraping into sterile shotglass, shot in sterile water, then tried to suck up.
My second time I was worried about this happening again, so I made a plastic tent and sterilized the interior to reduce contams. Then I pulled the plunger out of the syringe, scraped the chunky spores directly inside, and dropped in a bb. turned it upside-down, expelled the air, then sucked in my sterile water. This time I was able to get them fairly well distributed in the syringe.
The results : My first batch is colonizing, but very slowly,(as in 10 days to see a little growth) as many jars only got spores in one location, 1 out of the 3 was contamned. Second batch (with bb) showed mycelial growth within 3 days. Both times I used the same spore print (it was a biggun)
Does this happen frequently, and are there any other tips for getting around these clumpy spores? I can't order spores where I live, and every "grower" here is a dumbfuck who just picks them outside and knows nothing about these joyful little myconids. It took forever to get a good print.
*Edit* found a post that would fix this in the future, maybe go straight to a LC this way. The advice would still be appreciated, as I have a lot more spores hanging around on paper. " -JaRRn- Just Spore print in a jar, and add water. Same as you spore print on paper. I dont know but I think you get 4-5 Syringes worth. (10cc)"
